Common theme that most all seem to notice and agree with- the areas listed at the top- kind of run into same issues- great areas, made attractive- attracts folks fleeing once great areas that have met serious decline - and those asshats come to the new areas and do the same shite that caused the decline in the areas they are fleeing.

Was basically asked about how he felt about game- and he more or less said season hangs on beating the team he picked at bg of season to win NC - talking about Auburn of course. Was watching last night - and they said 55 challenges -33 overturned, and next pitch went to 56 and 34. But link shows the accurate numbers.
But got me wondering - about umps, wonder how that will affect them as they grow accustomed to it? I guess the hope is - ump makes the call- sees he was wrong and immediately says ok- my zone needs to be altered and so on. But has to be a degree of pressure that sets in.
Like how it’s set up where catcher can’t get input from dugout - has to make challenge right there on his own.
Either way - I’m conflicted on it - I mean, shite I def like it when it goes my teams way, and like how it corrects a call- also recognizes a pitchers great pitch. But at same time - the whole purity of the game.
Will be interesting to see how it progresses

Now - the above comment - to say in there baseball is in decline- that’s a bit premature eh? I mean, you typically do not call a program in decline - the year after winning the nc. Which considering it was the second in 4 years, right?
Now - if our last nc had been more than a few years, and in the respective sport, got blown out on the big stage - in the post season, by some perennial loser of a program - say for example like - Indiana - then the comment could hold water as it relates to lsu baseball..

Yep - the have turned into a powerhouse and done it quick.
Even with our Tigers having a tough season- SEC damn sure best baseball conf in the country.
Hope we don’t get a post season that forces us to cannibalize the conf and it’s well represented in Omaha

Well - when you watch a UGA player bounce one off the top of the damn scoreboard - fence height doesn’t really matter at that point.
I ain’t gonna sit here and try and claim field dimensions aid in the UGA teams ability to club the ball. If you had a bunch of em barely clearing the yellow line and all at home - maybe, but from what I have seen that’s not the case.

Man - I was there for that one. Lot of us made the trek there - to be able to see one between the hedges - and it was a beatdown. Xaivier Carter kneeling on the one about sums up that entire game.
Of course we all stayed - most of us had traveled so far to see it - figured we should at least linger for a bit - the entire lsu seciton was haging out by concession area - mixing what ever we brought in - waiting for that debacle to end.

Man - just watching on tv sure seemed like it - can’t imagine what it was like being there.
Commented to a friend - it was like a post season crowd.
Was awful nice of the MSU fan base to give us that post season simulation - knowing that is the only taste we will have of it this year.

I feel like there is enough talent to at least make the field of 64! And you are right - they don’t play like a team at all. Guess that’s one of the challenges of the era of the portal ( along with accurate analysis) - you get a bunch of new faces in the clubhouse and try to mold them into a team in what - half a year?
You got a bunch of fr mixed with a bunch of upperclassmen transfers - good luck with that veteran leadership.
