He completely blew off BK multiple times after his own screw ups. BK may be a prick but you can’t ignore him when he’s your HC

Agree, every NFL team looked at that tape and decided not for me.

Chiefs, rd 7.

There, no excuses. He won't be asked to take over anytime soon, so he has time to sit behind Mahomes and learn a few seasons. If he's able to show something in camp, there are teams that would come looking in 3-4 years.

I think Nuss is going to surprise some people. He may end up a Free Agent, but I think he will make a roster and play well at that!

Odds are highly stacked against that now. Teams want their investments (picks) to work out and they get the benefit of the doubt.

Nuss will have to have a personality and work ethic makeover to get any traction.

I’m sure his Dad was in his ear about being first in the building and last out every day but it fell on deaf ears. Let Nuss be an example moving forward what not to do and how to waste talent.

The dude’s an alcoholic, a crappy teammate, and he does not know how to stay in shape.

He literally quit on the team because he got benched. If he isnt benched he plays the entire year.

He's just not that good of a QB, even when healthy.

Not sure why it's so hard for this board to accept that.

It's because he threw for a lot of yards in our 2024 ooc schedule. It has to be that because there is nothing else that points to him being a good qb.

It's obviously this, but LSU has the dumbest fan base in all of college. The kid had a very strong season in 2024 when he was healthy, but there's a ton of idiots here who apparently don't even remember that.

It's shocking that people find this surprising.

He's not great size and he has terrible fundamentals.

Which is made worse by the fact that he's a coach 's son and his footwork hasn't improved in 5 years.

Maybe Reid can fix him but I'll stick to my original position. He will be out of football in 4 years.

Practice squad guy that get to be a backup to a backup.

I forgot Green got drafted, mobility absolutely not but decision making yes. Nuss is much more mobile and better decision making than Payton, Kaliakmanis and Morton

Very good arm, no mobility, questionable decision making, below average work ethic, good teammate, very average measurables.

Could be a decent QB on team with great OL and good running game--but so could a LOT of QB's.

I’ve never heard anything about an attitude with Nuss. I believe it is health issues…..there has been a ton of bullshite swirling around him for the last half of his career. His camp has played the game masterfully to maximize his earnings.

Or the guys is super average and every NFL GM is a lot smarter then the Nuss sunshine pumpers.

He’s about to be a very rich man via the Chase Daniels patch. Make a lot of money to be a serviceable backup.

Nuss had a strange career, and it continues!

I think this is a good point. After a year with very little transparency about his situation, why would they magically start telling the truth for his draft status.
