I heard on the radio that the wind seemed to affect him. Was it really that windy?

To me, there was a bit of a wasted opportunity there with all of the long ball stuff.

dink and dunk isn't going to get people out of the box. Johnson missed two easy short passes, Harris missed fournette on one, and didn't even see him on another.

I have no issue with what the coaches are trying to do. Harris has an arm, but still very raw in his decision making. people can talk repition all they want, but I'd rather the coaches go to what was working, the run game.

And it is quite amusing. Les makes a half time adjustment that results in his team pulling away and people blame the coaches.

It keeps linebackers and safeties honest. It definitely helps. It's basically the formula for Bama's offensive success, which complements their defense well. Run first and control the line of scrimmage with a dominant OL. Dink and dunk with TEs, RBs, and slot WRs on mismatches. Then you can open up the deep ball.

Why are you acting as if this was an SEC game in which the result was in doubt? And I don't see much criticism at all of pounding it out in the second half and getting out of there and regrouping.

Look there was at least 5 passes dropped by the WR. Dural needs to sit and think about catching the ball for a quarter or so. We have talent and we should be playing the ones that can and will catch. I would like to see Trey get a few more passes his way. Harris is focused on Dural and that needs to stop.

I saw Malachi get three targets in the endzone. He had a chance at all three of them. Don't get what his deal is... They would've had opportunities in the 4th too if not for all the dropsies.

My breakdown of the throws:

1. Naked Bootleg. Good Throw on the run to Dural. Caught.

2. Skinny post, I believe, to Dural. Good throw. Caught.

3. Comeback to Dural. Good throw. Caught.

4. Deep to Dural. Good throw. Obvious PI was called.

5. Shovel Pass, sort of, to Guice.

6. Deep post to Dural. Good throw. PI called. Pass was dropped.

7. Slant. Bad throw. Was well covered but thrown too strong.

8. Deep to Durpe. Poorly thrown. Looked like an attempt at a back shoulder throw.

9. Seam route to Jeter. Perfectly thrown.

10. Fade to Dupre. Decent throw, but a bit to much to the inside IMO. Poor effort by Dupre.

11. Attempted Screen to LF. Poor Throw.

12. Batted Arm INT.

13. Deep to Diarse. Underthrown Badly, poor throw. PI called.

14. Deep to Dural. Good throw IMO. Dural got turned around for some reason. Should have been 6.

15. Quick out to Dural. Decent throw. Dural was slow out of his break.

16. Sitdown route by Dural. Good throw. Dropped.

17. Johnson up the left side. Poor decision and throw.

18. Quick slant to Dupre in the Endzone. A bit behind, but had to be. Decent throw. Went right through Dupre's hands.

I look forward to your videos every week now. You're getting much better too! I like these play cuts--as soon as the play is over move on to the next one. We don't care what the announcers have to say (usually).

Well done!

Pass was tipped. I believe this is the one Miles mentioned in the presser.

IDK if it was bad enough on the field to affect him, but up in the 400s sections the wind was bad enough. Made me cold.

Dupre's ball in the endzone should have been caught. I'm convinved that ball was a little behind on purpose since the Safety was in the throwing lane.

Watch it again closely...the ball was tipped.

Also the scheme has routes in the middle of the field, hitches, outs and slants. Harris is choosing the bomb when he sees single cover no safety

As he should. You want to throw where there is man coverage or gaps in zones.

The only bad read I saw him make was missing Fournette over the middle out of the backfield.

I saw 2 passes that were straight up drops. Otherwise, not the best execution by wrs getting separation or balls being thrown deep enough. Malachi looks really raw in his understanding of controlling his body to receive the ball. I think he lost his balance on the jump ball in the endzone though.

As far as the passing game, it's not as bad as some are making it out to be and it's not as good as some people make it out to be. We are talking about a passing game that relies on 20+ yard jump balls. Also, still the worst screen passing team in the nation. Harris was a little late on some of the deep balls and they were under thrown for the most part, but wrs are not getting separation is the main problem I see. I think the drops people are bringing up are exaggerated. I didn't notice many that were right in the hands catchable balls. Malachi's "drop" in the endzone was on Dupre in my opinion for not sitting in the zone in the lane, but given that his momentum carried him too far, that was a tough catch.

Exactly I know WRs have to make difficult catches, but if they have to do it nearly every single time, something is wrong with the guy throwing it. Almost all of those were catchable passes for great WRs, but I think people were spoiled by Beckham and Landry, and expect every WR to be able to contort and leaping grab catch everything thrown in their vicinity.

Both need to improve; Harris with his accuracy and timing, and WRs attacking the passes, and catching them.

throw #10 - the fade to Dupre - obviously that was the designed look, but man Fournette was WIDE OPEN right in front of Harris for a little lob walk it in TD
