36 % shooting from the field is not gonna win games. Did McMahon brick those shots? I'm not taking up for the coach, but eventually, LSU fans have to realize they don't have good enough players.

Two things can be true here, the talent is not where it should be - if the loss of one player compromises things to this extent that's definitely the case - and the players we have are not being put in the best position to maximize what we do have.

Other than that absolute pillock the pirate queen, how could anyone disagree?

Why would anyone want to disagree? I mean, football is over and baseball is a week away. I would have to actually care about bouncey ball to work up an interest in disagreeing.

I remember when I used to care enough to follow LSU basketball.
… I did and still do to a certain degree.. I feel for the players but not near as much for the con Artist coach they have .. you can’t tell me in 3 years with all the new players brought in that they are all that bad or uncoachable.. fortunately some players are making money playing for LSU becuz this dude would have only the white Boys on the end of the bench playing for him.. McFraud is in way over his head coaching in the SEC….

I'm torn. I want LSU basketball to be good. I am friends with and was recruited by one of his staff, and I want him to be successful. I realize that if McMahon get's fired, he does too.

Unfortunately, this is generally what McMahon has done here since arriving.

That’s unfortunate for your friend, K. But CoachMc will find another job, it’ll just be at the mid major level. Heck, maybe he goes back to his old haunts, Murray State is on a downturn since his departure.

You seem to post a lot of incoherent gibberish in every basketball thread for someone that doesn’t care.

Hanny GOAT...those Football Late night Shows after games are much needed, always is right on with stuff and has been around so long. I hate he got screwed over the play by play radio voice, he deserved, but at least he's on radio everyday and for LSU football games

The Georgia game showed us he is very capable of finding new ways to lose. What has been the complaint all season (at least in SEC play)? If we could only find a way to reduce the turnovers and shoot it from 3 better.

Well, LSU had an SEC play high in three's made (12) and SEC low in turnovers (10) yet STILL lost by 19 points! You fixed your two biggest issues only to find other avenues of getting blown out.

It’s because in every game he allows the opponent to dictate terms to him. We have no identity whatsoever so we’re always playing the style and pace our opponents want. UGA knew we couldn’t score at the bucket against them so they were happy to let us just keep taking long shots knowing we couldn’t supplement that in any way and we weren’t going to make enough of them to threaten them. McMahon had no answer to try and add to the good shooting early on. He’s never able to adjust or build on the things we can do.
