And it's not good. It feels like Miles is going to stay. I don't know how, after the complete shite show we've watched the last two weeks, but the faction that wants to keep Miles is winning the battle. I think this scenario will cause a revolt amongst the fan base. IT COULD GET UGLY.
You are a moron. They said they don't see him stepping down on his own. They never changed their stance on him leaving.

another 10 win season
10 win seasons mean nothing when 4 of those wins are Syracuse (fired their coach today), Eastern Michigan, Western Kentucky, and McNeese (needed to reach your 10 win threshold).
What is the SEC record? And what has it been for the last 4 years?

Do they mean anything when they come against Oregon, TCU, Wisconsin, Washington and West Virginia?

Nice contribution to the thread.

The thread is pointless. This was never said.

That would be interesting but I cannot see it happening with the state of the program.
Can't see the team giving 100% unfortunately with how things have turned out.

I think people ran their mouth and let the cat out of the bag prematurely. I think this was a one way proposition to get Fisher or nobody and now they don't have him. So now probably nothing is going on... JMHO
The only way to make a deal with Jimbo would be after the season and now that has been screwed up ah la Tex and Saban a couple yrs ago.

I hope miles gets at least one more year . He has a lot talent coming back and there is no reason he can't pull a 2011 type season next year. Those who disagree don't know that much about football, yall are acting like we are 3-7 . Sad.

Florida State and LSU both have a game left plus a bowl. You were played by ESPN if you thought this would be resolved before this weekend.

I think there are $15 million reasons why Alleva should be fired.

Can we at least put this narrative to rest. We lost a lot next year. Two OTs from an already terrible OL, White, Mills, all 3 LBs, and Dural just off the top of my head.
How are you going to replace the LBs and DBs? Who do we have at LB that is even close to what we had this year? How do we fix the OL when they are already so poor? How do we get more depth on the DL when relying on just Freshman?
Who is going to replace our skill position guys that are leaving? You could maybe make a case that they could be just as good, but how does that make us better? New guys with less playing time suddenly being better than leaving starters? How does that work?
And then that's all to be as good as this year? How can we be better next year when we have to replace key guys at thin positions?
You could say I guess that Harris finally turns the corner, but how likely is that when we have to replace our tackles?
Most likely, we will be worse next year.

I could definitely see us being worse next year. We need a freshening up of the program. I think a new scheme could do wonders with these players.

I took a self imposed two week timeout.
