Idk anything about the tests, I was answering his question about TM's boys

A quick, and probably a dumb question for those who may be in the know.
I just read an article posted on twitter about the compliance office stating he absolutely cannot play football for LSU again. Permanently banned.
If this is the case, where does the loophole come in that allows him to play in 2013 anyways?
TIA

Nope, we're back to TM7 is going to attempt straighten out his life and then rejoin the 2013 LSU Football Tigers!

ETA: about the guys, Idk about TM and the tests
The crazy part is my boy in BR was the one who told me about this. He just so happened to be with me when I told them to stay away the second time.

Here's a link to the policy. In lieu of a 1 yr suspension (which TM has never served) it appears that Bahnsen spoke out of turn. I don't want to criticize the guy too much because who on the outside really knows what's transpired. But per the policy, he could endure a 1 yr suspension and return (and there may be addt'l stipulations for him to comply with).

The NCAA would come in and do random drug testing and the school does their own random drug testing. The school does not have to report the findings to anyone. The NCAA drug testing results are subject to NCAA rules.

And LSU is subject to its own rules as if they are NCAA rules. LSU must comply with it own written policy are that is a punishable infraction in the eyes of the NCAA.

5alive, what's the feel at st aug regarding the TM situation?
What is everyone saying over there?

I'm kind of wondering this too. The feelings have to be all warm and fuzzy I'd imagine if Les is truly sticking by Tyrann through all of this.

hopefully les is handling this the right way behind closed doors... i know the staff wants to land fournette really bad and this situation could go a long way, either good or bad

As bad as that sounds to me its the absolute truth. Just speaks to where the state of football is today

Well, that's interesting because that means we have conflicting reports again. Red last night and Hannagriff just a few minutes ago said they all heard the meeting went well and they expected Tyrann to just go about his business AT LSU and try to get reinstated next year. Now NOLA issues this report. What a fricking mess this turned out to be.

LSU Coach Les Miles advised former Tiger cornerback Tyrann Mathieu to move on with his career rather than try to return to the team in 2013

Miles confirmed that the meeting took place but declined to comment on the purpose or other details.
Motherfrick, do these writers understand they are contradicting themselves?

It's not a contradiction if a source, other than Miles, stated what Miles advised and Miles didn't deny it. I'm sure there were more than 2 people in the room.
