We have all preached for decades to want girls on the same level as men and to be treated the same.
This is a competitive sports team. Criticism of a routine is totally fair grounds here.

First off, the obvious, I doubt very seriously she is checking TD during the middle of a meet; and I highly doubt she is thinking after the meet, "let me get on the meet thread of TD and read through all the messages to see what they say about me." So let's be realistic here.
Second, she is an elite gymnast and high level college athlete on one of the top teams in the country. If she can't take "harsh" criticism, then she needs to find something else to do.
