Guys, I'm here for my just serving of crow....

For the longest time I have been what could be called a CMM apologist. I have felt and still somewhat feel McMahon was put in a very bad situation to start his LSU tenure. That was the reason for the long contract. However, during his time here, he has failed to improve on the situation.
I have always really looked forward and enjoyed March Madness, even more than the Super Bowl. But for the past 4 years, with LSU being irrelevant, I have barely paid attention and that's so sad.
Now CWW has once again brought excitement to the program. Even with this most recent recruiting bs, I'm excited to see how this program builds and develops again. Even if this season bottoms out because of all this bs, I'm excited to see Wade doing his best to bring an exciting brand of basketball back to Baton Rouge. I just can't wait for this season to start.

Include myself as I just got my season tickets for MBB. I am a bit concerned about the roster with new SEC rules but it should be a fun season

Actually he got worse. Year 2 was his best season with a 9-9 conference record. Year 3 was pitiful. Year 4 (which never should’ve happened) was downright putrid.

CMM was a terrible hire. He was the wrong guy at the wrong time.
It had nothing yo do with his X and O abilities, but the times demanded a showman, someone with energy, and someone who could show out.

LSU now has at least 3 sports programs, maybe 4 if you include WBB and I do include, that grab year around attention. It's such that it's ALWAYS football, basketball and baseball season.
