Lol I hear you. On a serious note, no I don't have much faith in what's going on right now with football.

I don’t give a shite if you have faith or not...gumbo and food jokes predate the Les Miles era for any coach....

Be you but be original...the coaching changes board is dying don’t fade out with that as your final contribution.

I don't think this board fully understands the role of an analyst on a support staff.

I can't stand O, but everyone who had worked with LeCompte in the past has said his knowledge of the game is unparalleled and his input should help in the offensive coaches meetings.

Baffled how LSU NOT hiring him somehow "helps" LSU, especially considering Ensminger is our OC.

So, Orgeron wanted to hire one of his Mandeville buddies because he thinks that he's a good high school coach. Okay, if Ensminger doesn't come up with a prolific offense this upcoming season, Orgeron's arse is toast.

Not hiring Orgeron's buddy to take up space in the athletic department even though he brings pretty much no value beyond having been Orgeron's kids HS coach helps LSU. If they're not going to greatly expand the shadow staff, every spot is extremely valuable. They need to use those spots wisely.

If LeCompte actually brought value commensurate to the position, the uproar about hiring a drinking buddy wouldn't have gotten the offer pulled. The story of him never planning to join the staff is bullshite cover.

Do you all actually pay attention to assistant coaches in college football? There are a ton of former high school coaches succeeding. Like the guy most of LSU fans wanted as the OC.

Some of you all are so stupid.

Brewerton would have been a better analyst hire.
That guy can coach. I hope one day a college would pick him up.

Name his greatest accomplishments that make him qualified to be an analyst for a school like LSU.

Because unlike you and others on here. Some of us still believe LSU is a destination job so we figure we could do better than a HS coach for our shadow staff.

Tell me, if the man is so great hasn't any other teams come down to the bayou to snatch him up?
