Guidry is as talented a pitcher as there is on this staff. His problem is primarily between his ears. He can throw ten consecutive perfectly placed fastballs/sliders/breakers, and then lose focus and serve up a 475-foot gopher ball for a 3-run whammy. It just continues

You are clearly related to him or just delusional. He’s not talented at all

he literally missed one pitch yesterday. Otherwise he pitched pretty well against a great hitting team. He hung a slider. The starter for UGA did the same thing and Bide crushed it. Was just a different time in the game.

If Guidry ever figures out how to not hang a breaking pitch, he's got the talent to be very good.

and he is most definitely not as good as JJ/Yeskie think he is. Most critical situation of the year, arguably, and they call on Guidry is just bizarre to me. How many of us were pretty sure what happened is what we thought would probably happen. If honest, it was all of us less JJ/Yeskie. Brutal

All due respect Ott was significantly better then Guidry right until they gave him that start in the SEC tourney

Evans

Evans can still give 3 lights out innings. Evans reminds me of Hess. Lots of effort and pitches but can’t get you past the 4th or 5th. He will still have a bunch of strike outs.
