Paid attendance was only 42,000 for the rescheduled South Carolina game in Tiger Stadium a couple years ago.

I'll go with the same guess for the Superdome this Saturday.

LSU couldn't fill half of TS for an SEC game with much cheaper tickets than these will be. Late start time + lack of hotels hurts.

I keep hearing this but its a completely different situation. I wanted to go to USCe but couldnt get things changed around mainly because it was an Away game. If you were planning to go to Houston and you're not impacted by flooding you can easily go to the dome. If you are a fan and couldnt travel you now can go to the game. Also, its the opener and there is way more hope and optimism regarding the season and the opener. People want to see the new offense. So, no it's not like the USCe game at all

Exactly. There will be 50k in the dome at least. These people guessing 30000 and shite like that don't understand the difference between the 2 games and their situations.

LSU was in the middle of beating the hell out of everyone and had the overwhelming Heisman favorite on the team when that happened.

There may well be more people, but that's just nonsense.

The tickets are also far more expensive and it is a holiday weekend. Plenty of people have other plans, just like last time. The dome is a draw, but otherwise there isn't much reason to expect a larger crowd.

easily 60+
We were traveling well to this game. Everyone that was going is still going less a few folks who were unfortunately flooded. Byu will still travel well they took the days off and damnit they will still go see s game. Plus the crowd that really didn't want to go to Houston but will go check them out within an hour of home. Wouldn't be surprised to see just some football fans in for the saints game that want to catch another good game while they are here.

This makes no sense All tickets for this game will be purchased tomorrow. The tickets sold will be almost equal to butts in the seats
