I'm just relaying what Stud felt. Never wanted La'El to play LT. Felt the kid wasn't smart enough.
There's a reason why everyone played LT in 2012 yet they decided to hold off until the offseason to try and teach him the position.

I wish the man well and thank him for his efforts, but the poor technique and conditioning of the line has been obvious particularly in the passing game. Les needs to hit a home run here and make a great hire.

we can talk candidates, but I'd bet the replacement has already been found. Probably Todd Washington given him turning down a good gig, having a past with Cam, etc....
