Sloan isn’t making personnel decisions play to play.

WHY CAN WE NOT RUN THE FOOTBALL? That issue will cost us down the road. They’ve got to fix it.
We ran it well in the previous three games when it was Durham getting the bulk of the carries. But he was pretty obviously not at full speed vs OM.
What Sloan has to do in games like this is figure out how to manufacture a replacement for a traditional run game. Run Thomas 2-3 times (which we have done in previous games). Give Johnson a designed play or two. Run some jet sweeps. Use more WR screens. Sprinkle in a draw and a couple of QB runs and it can be done.
Funny enough, we have done all of the above in limited amounts in previous games. We just didn’t do much of it Saturday, beyond Nuss’ one short yardage sneak.

A lot of backhanded compliments there Greg.

I don’t understand this sentiment. LSU’s DL exposed OM’s OL while the LSU OL kept Nuss clean.
Even with LSU getting pressure OM clearly out played LSU in the first half and part of the third. The constant pressure really showed in the 4th. Even keeping Nuss clean OM had a chance to put some serious distance in the first half.

Tigers can eliminate Ole Piss, AM, and Bama from playoffs.

A blind link just means that the link text gives no indication of the web site it will open. If he had labeled the link as the title of the video or simply "YouTube video" it would not have been blind.

Theyre too lazy and entitled. They want you to listen, take notes and inform them.
Lazy people afraid to click a link.

Isn't it a one click EFFORT anyway you lazy GenX'r

The onus is on you not to be lazy when you create an OP to embed the video and not post a blink link
Dont take offense boomer. It doesn’t take much effort to learn. They created the functionality for a reason. Use it
ETA ironic you call me lazy when I’m the only one that actually copied your link and embedded the video here for everyone to view without having to click a blind link. A simple thank you would’ve sufficed

We need a little more of Nuss’a feet. That at least has to be a perceived threat. Dude runs pretty well. Some designed rolls with a keeper, waggles, a draw or 2?

Sloan still has plenty of learning and improving to do, especially in getting the run game more creative and consistent. But he’s not as bad as some of you claim he is, either.
This. I do think he could be more creative with the run game. We seem to run inside zone a ton and I’d like to see us hit the edge a bit more considering our strength at tackle and at TE. Other than that, the offense has been mostly fine and I think you’ll see them improve eventually the way the defense has, especially if they can ever get Chris Hilton back

You think? lol
We were down a field-goal and he let him air it out on 1st down, risking a turnover. Yes, he trusts him.

At one point on Saturday, McElroy said Nuss had been accurate in the game. He was 17/39 at that point. Greg is an idiot.

Nuss has Balls and a chest enough said he has what you cannot teach being a winner .

Not a playoff team. One more slip up away, with Alabama and A&M still to play. Zero margin for error. Two fourth down conversions away from a loss. Anyone can see they are getting it done with smoke and mirrors. Injuries piling up. This is a 2-3 loss team at best!

My question is why does what this clown or what ny other media clown thinks carry any weight in your mind? If he had said negative things then you would think he was an idiot. He said positive things, so now he knows a bunch. Makes no sense. In the end the main focus of what he says, writes is to get attention, good or bad. Getting caught up in meida hype or negahype is a fools game and is what led to so many on this board bashing Kelly etc early on in the season.
