I should have clarified. I was referring specifically to the back and forth between the family and Brian Kelly.

He simply said Kelly didn’t talk to his son and wasn’t there at all after the surgery
The attorney was very specific to now, after the fact, change that to a specific date of October. Why do you think that is?

I haven’t seen anything definitive that that is when they lawyered up, but that should be pretty easy to prove as well. But again, they aren’t suing Brian Kelly for not contacting Greg Brooks.

You are talking like they taking money out of your account. If that was your son, I bet you would be crying and sobbing on GMA and whatever media platform who would interview you. It's true you guys only like how the players make you feel when they don on the purple and gold but don't give shite about them when they are no longer entertaining you. BK already has a blackeye from his time at ND, this is just another thing to make people dislike him even more.

Do you know how many millions of people deal with awful shite everyday? Do you know how many of us have had sick family or children?
The majority of people don’t use it to try and make money after the fact
It fricking sucks what happened, but this myth that “everyone would do the same” is just false.
When awful things happen, the majority of people fight on and thank those that tried to help. The brooks family is in the minority of what happens

How about they give us the date when the attorney was hired? If he was hired by Oct 23, then it makes perfect sense that no one at LSU would contact them,.

Do you even read? He DIDN’T get hurt “playing football”. He had a cancerous brain tumor which was completely unrelated to playing football. If he had never played football he most probably would have still gotten the cancerous brain tumor. I would be willing to bet though, that LSU covered most if not all of his medical expenses.

This is stupid. This lawyer is a scumbag ambulance chaser pos. He's trying to win his case through the media and social media. Plus it's a frivolous law suit. If GB was having headaches then go to the doctor and quit playing football. Nobody was putting a knife to his throat forcing him to play. I can't wait until frivolous lawsuits are in the cross hairs of Trump
