high school offense

I wish we ran a fricking high school offense. Maybe playing a gameplan that's actually made for our QB's (spread) would be better for QB production.

How great would it be if lsu has the highest pass attempts of the season in this game. Oh the irony…

If we could combine to one team we would be unstoppable.

A&M Offense + LSU Defense = 1st in SEC by a wide margin

LSU Offense + A&M Defense = 14th in SEC by a wide margin

If we can't rush for 200 yards and 3 TDs on them, I don't know what to tell you. If this was any other year, I'd say we put up 500 total yards and 35+ points.

Again, I think LSU will be prepared & take advantage of A&M's obvious weaknesses, but if they don't...holy hell! A&M's defense has looked like a high school squad at times this year.

So let me get this straight... We are beat their weakness with our weakness?!

prepared as in actually have a game plan or just run the same three plays out of the I formation and heave a desperation pass under pressure on third and long (after breaking the huddle with 7 on the play clock)?

I predict you will be disappointed after watching AJ complete less than 55% of his cases with 8/9 men constantly in the box.

How we do on offense will depend on the play of the o-line. We get Alexander back but we lost our center.

I think he was making a joke. The word SMOKE. Being in all caps was the hint.

The one of the worst things about Miles. Except for 2011', we always play up and down to our opponents levels no matter how bad they are. Great teams are consistent no matter who they play.

We've run the ball rather well this year & I've seen A&M give up big gains on the ground to lesser teams even when they've stacked the box.

My point in the OP was two-fold:

1)LSU should be able to run all over A&M no matter the Aggies' scheme

2)If LSU is unable to do anything on offense against one of the worst defenses in college football, then the problems are even worse than we all thought.

Oh yeah, Peej, in case no one's said it today: go frick yourself.

Only if that weakness happens to be rush defense. Bc LSU is running up the middle regardless

From the OP:

quote:

TEXAS A&M
Total Defense: Rank (100) YPG (445.2)
Passing YPG: Rank (80) PYPG (236.3)
Rushing YPG: Rank (106) RYPG (208.9)

When you score "0" points, which direction is reverse?
