I wouldn't say it is cowardly as much as just plain stupid.

Their outfield atmosphere is 10x better than ours, which is truly a shame

And the way they filled the first- and third-base seats for the last game was truly amazing. Why had someone thrown a ball into those sections, especially near the end of the game, it could have hit someone. Maybe.

Had LSU had such a pathetic showing in the stands at the end of a last game of anything, we would have never heard the end of it. And I don't want to hear the excuse of the rain/bad weather in Starkville.

From what I can tell almost no one in the outfield shanty town was even watching the game.

Ben McDonald said when he was walking around the outfield on Friday night, his "off" night from working the game, he asked some of the people what the score in the game was and nobody could tell him.

AC has done a great job this year. But their pitching shortage was bound to catch up with them at some point. And it did.

That damn outfield looks like a $10 trailer park.

That $10 trailer park looks exponentially more fun than sitting in metal bleachers with a $200 concession stand meal at the box

They gave us the walks dude! That was the biggest difference maker in the series.

I think you should post that mess on the MSU board. We do not need that mess on this board. After what LSU has experienced all season long ... you want to talk about MSU being gritty. Wrong Team, Wrong Board - LSU was the GRITTY TEAM!

They showed NO QUIT after so much flack that CPM took all season.

Agree, and our players want to beat Andy's team every chance. Leaving after they all came back, hurt!

What is this shite? Wtf are you doing? This sounds gay, like a participation trophy type gay. Come on man. We whipped their arse and we will continue to whip their arse, as long as they're miss st and we are LSU.

Gotta give it to Miss. St.
They might've gotten swept, but they sure had a gritty team. They never gave up, and I've got to say I was impressed. A lot of times when you see a team get begin especially in game three of the series you see them get weaker at their at bats, but they had great discipline and character. They've got a hell of a coach who I think will get them better every year, and the new stadium will help their recruiting. Cheers to you Miss St. Going to miss that element that old stadium brought to college baseball.

Your purple and gold glasses don't have enough purple...or gold. You don't give any SEC opponents anything if your glasses are purple and gold enough.
