Gave up my 6 ten years ago. Had them 1998-2016. Tiger Terrace, great seats. But hell even back then it seemed like they were doing everything they could to make going out to Tiger Stadium for a game a miserable experience.

I have not missed them. Last game in TS was the A&M beatdown in 2019. I have been going to the games here at Oxford and Starkville when the Tigers were in town. I doubt I will ever go back to a college football game.

Yesterday I had the game on my iPad in my workshop while I was messing with an engine. I just look up when I hear the announcers raise their voices.

That’s all I can give it anymore.

LEAVE - PRONTO! SEE YA!!

You’re NOT the Fan LSU wants, needs. And hope you’re called out when you immediately do the about face & return for LSU’s future Glory…. for the phony, faux, traitorous “follower” you are.

I stopped going a while back.

From 1995 through Hurricane Katrina in 2005 I didn’t miss a single home game, and made a good share of the road games and bowl games.

The last few times that I have been, it has been an experience largely as you described, with the added feeling that this place belongs to other people now and I’m a guest here.

Maybe that’s a weird thing for an alum to say, but it just doesn’t feel the same.

Keep your season tickers and choose two games to go to a year and sell the rest. That’s what I do

Same here. Live in Charlotte and have 6 season tickets. Come in for two or three games a year, sell the rest and more than make our money back.

Succumbing to the fatigue of old age and settling in for the long dirt nap is your right. There is nothing wrong with it. Everyone becomes exhausted at some point. But don't romanticize it and paint it as a noble gesture of protest. It's a form of surrender to time. Again, nothing wrong with it, just be honest about it. My guess is that whatever you decide to devote your discretionary income to next will be a lot more sedentary.

Season Ticket Holder since 1996, ((Dinardo 2nd Season), I agree with Every one of your reasons. Food,Traffic, bathrooms and mediocre play. I should have turned my tickets in after the 2019 season on the highest of notes. I have seen 3 NC’s and obviously I doubt I’ll ever see a better season than 2019. Oh yeah, NIL and multiple transferring for players also is a big reason and makes the decision much easier. TV games here I come

Had season tickets from 97-24. Have not regretted giving them up once. The return was simply not worth the investment.
