Now I have to hope the weather is nice. Every other CB we have played has nice weather. Since last time was cold and wet fingers crossed.

Good for you! Wish I could go help cheer on the boys but the family won’t allow it this year. Yell twice as loud for me!

I was at that game. That field was a disgrace.

Tigers were robbed by that horrible field. Their superior athleticism was neutralized. It was being replaced after the game and never should've been used in that condition.

I will go to my grave saying that we would have killed Penn state if it had not been for that cow pasture called a field. Trindon Holliday almost broke two punt returns but was neutralized by that slop pit. I just remember watching in person that Penn state player laying on the ball at the end of the game as the seconds went down to zero. It was a monsoon and the water poured down the concrete steps of the stadium like waterfalls. Get this they let the bands play ON THE FIELD during halftime too.

I'm not going back to a Florida bowl game unless it's in a domed stadium. My last three bowl games were wet - vs. Penn State, Iowa, and ND.

Yikes I think we’d all appreciate it if you never went to another one either

Nice man! We couldn’t justify going to Orlando for the citrus bowl and then right back for the kick off next year.

This is such an intellectually lazy take.

Have you ever heard various things analysts/commentators say such as:

“They want to play at their tempo”
“They want to play their game”
“They want to play with their identity”
“They want to play their style”

Team play is largely affected by various situations, one of which strategically (or luckily) benefits the other team. In this particular case, the poorly maintained field got LSU out of their game/style and benefited Penn State. Circumstances affect each team differently every single game and that’s the difference.

I watched that game from Abu Ghraib prison. The game sucked worst than the surroundings, lol.
