Need to download HotSpot Shield or other program that hides your location.

I'm thinking about getting the Chromecast. I need to research Roku, Amazon Fire Stick and the chromecast stick to see which is suitable for watching LSU baseball.

All of the games have been home games to this point. OOC road games are different. They're on CST. And now espn3, but dont be completely surprised if it's blacked out in BR.

I have a fire stick. It has been fan-fricking-tastic for watching baseball.

Perfect hd and haven't had a problem yet

Do you have to have your computer/smart phone on the game to see it on the TV?

It seems like with Chromecast you have to be watching the game on the computer of smart phone to cast it to the TV.

No all you need to do is start streaming the game through your Watch ESPN app, then connect to your Chromecast. You can then use your tablet/Phone like normal. You literally can close the app after that.

You cannot close the app. It has to still run. It can be running in the background but if you close it it will kill the stream.
