Congratulations! You just wrote the most ignorant response on this board in 5 years. Post less.

Yeah but it means something to recruits to go to a game with a half empty stadium. Means something to the administration when theyre making pennies compared to what they used to make. No one gives a frick that you can comfortably root for 0 in your trailer

The freshmen excuse holds no water because a lot of teams play freshmen. Georgia played just as many if not more than us opening week.

if it's merely a game that merits no attention, why did you just invest time and obvious (hyperbolic) emotion in drafting your post regarding LSU football, you hypocritical dunce?

I can post as I see fit. My intent was to call out those "chicken littles" who act like an asteroid is about to destroy the earth because we are off to a less than stellar start this year. Let me guess.... Season ticket holder.... Nah with your command of the English language... Gotta be clubhouse.

Wow. Turn in your fan card immediately. This is just offensive. I mean...why even post? Why even watch?

See,you are exactly who I'm talking about. I love watching the games. I have been a fan for a long time. I will watch them even if they suck for a little while. I dont think we should fire everybody because MSU beat the crap out of us. It's football.. Who cares.

Oh I full agree with this post. Your last one indicated that you shouldn't even bother watching. Which is the opposite of being a fan. I misunderstood your tone.

Fact is no one knows how this year will play out. Two weeks ago Miss. State was the best of the best, Mullen great coach, then they went to Georgia. LSU could turn around and be very good or become very bad.

What would be the impetus behind a good turnaround?

Teams typically don't look like shite in the beginning of the year and get a lot better. The college schedule for power schools typically allow you to look better in the beginning of the schedule.

We struggled to put away Syracuse at home but we're going to go to Gainesville and give Florida a battle? Doesn't compute.

State was never best of the best. Mullen is a decent coach to get them to where they are which is middle of the pack (ahead of us now). Fitz was never Heisman material.

This was all junk the pumpers consoled themselves with to make the loss appear better. I've seen 4 games so far and there really isn't any indication that LSU will be very good this year. The last 2 were pretty much a shite show back to back. I think that if there was any chance of a comeback it would have been last week's Syracuse game.

Honestly, Syracuse beat us and lost to themselves.

HC Mullen must adapt to other universities namely UGA & FLA to develop a powerful resume in the course of a great season. MSU has done much better vs. FLA than Georgia as I recall.

MSU ran into a better team. They didn't turn around and become worse than they were vs LSU.

You're right, no one knows how this year will play out but people living in reality can use how the team looks thus far as somewhat of a barometer for how the year projects ahead into the heart of the schedule.

You'd have to feel pretty strongly that there's an identifiable and easily correctable deficiency with this team right now to feel that they can turn this around with our toughest games ahead. I'm just trying to find out what people think those correctable deficiencies are right now.

Why the F was Ed O hired? Many can't get beyond that.

Because we missed on the only other targets and hiring O would prevent breaking up the entire staff. Any hire was going to inherit what we have and would be at best 1 win better at this point. Regardless, the roster is what it is and we are in a youth movement...get over yourselves! You idiots act like we are 0-4.

Give it some time and let the defense come together with experience and players coming back. The offense is showing some improvement but again the roster is a mess. It is a work in progress and if they can clean some things and implement some things that we are not doing right now, we will improve.

Stop melting and find something else to do with your time! The SEC is not good overall and I expect we will have a couple more loses just as will the majority teams in the SEC and in college football overall.
