Give me your Will Wade season grade

C- here.
All of the problems with our game should have been figured out by now, and we should be playing like a well oiled machine. it’s almost march. Winning by 20/losing by 20 is embarrassing at this point. we need to be more consistent
We have the roster to compete with anyone, but yet have an average, middle of the pack record. Not a terrible job, but certainly nothing to earn an extension/raise

Fair enough.
Id say a C+.
Roster has no strong PG and no strong 4 or 5.
Lots of talented athletic tweeners.

We’re pretty much a lock for the tournament. I know it’s not the season everybody wanted but a win vs Arkansas Saturday would have everyone feeling good again. It’s just nice to be a regular tournament team.

C- he doesn’t coach well in the game itself. Do what you want. No consequences. These are his players not friends. We dont owe them a favor because they chose LSU. Play team ball or hit the road

He’s struggled to find consistent motivation this year. I don’t think that’s emblematic of his system, and when we are on, we’re extremely good.
So I’ll give him an A+++++

Every time I get pissed I think about the fact that we are supposed to have Cisse on this team. Wade has had to deal with a ton of outside shite and this team is still firmly in the tourney. Had we gotten Cisse like we should have, rebounding isn’t a big problem and I think he adds at least 2 more wins. B+

Well, first off, they lost by 13 and not 20. They are 3rd in the SEC with one more loss than Arkansas who LSU blew out the first time (and LSU has played one more SEC game than they have). And if the regular season ended today, LSU would be in the tourney. So I'd at least give him a B-.
The UGA loss was similar to the UK loss. They played crappy the whole game against a below average team and got beat soundly in a dead environment with the other team not even playing that well. Very Disappointing. Not being competitive with Bama twice and blowing the game against Texas Tech were the other low marks.
Blowing out Arkansas, Tennessee and Auburn and taking care of business against Ole Miss at Ole Miss without Cam have been the high marks. They have been competitive in every other game. They just laid an egg tonight. They even shot 59% at the free throw line when they are the best free-throw shooting team in the SEC. Lack of focus tonight.

D is way too harsh. But your post also complains about free throw shooting and Javonte, so I will just assume you don’t actually watch the games.

Watford is the reason this team is playing below its expectations. If he would up his game, this team could be elite. He plays lazy, arrogant, careless, and uninterested at times. He’s going to be very disappointed when he doesn’t get drafted.

Failure to sign CISSE is all on Wade and what makes you think we should have gotten Cisse, he signed with another team

B- I’m off the mind we’ve somewhat overachieved . This roster Iliad glaring holes in it . We’ve got one future NBA player and a few good college players. The D intensity is very disconcerting and will determine our fate.
