Great recruiter who can scheme to the talent he has available and not require elite talent to even be decent. LSU should be able to coast on recruiting alone so it's the most important aspect.

We need a fantastic recruiter for DC. Aranda is not THAT! It was well known when he was at LSU that he hated recruiting. You think that might be the reason Baylor is struggling? Yes he's a good Defense coach but today you have to be more
