Seem to be a very poor coach team, No team concept just everyone playing for them self. And what happen to our 5 star recruit.did not even see the floor and when she dose she seems lost.another long year

I know a girl that LSU went to recruit 2 days in a row last week who is not even close to an SEC caliber player. Good player, but it made me realize why this team is so bad. Terrible recruiting

Fargas needs to go. Johnny Jones-lite. Poor game coach and obviously a poor recruiter.

I'd probably say more like Trent Johnson-lite. She can obviously win if given talent. She made the sweet 16 a couple times with us. Her recruiting is awful though.

I don't know if LSU should go THAT far. Nikki Fargas did help Wade sign his highest ranked recruit this season, Naz Reid.
But, if LSU does move on, then for Godssakes, don't break the bank for a women's basketball coach. There is no return on that investment. Go find an Assistant coach or a young, hungry coach at a mid-major. If they turn out to be great, then you've bought "low" to get a huge ROI. However, if you spend a ton to get an establish HC from a power conf. you're still going to be deeply in the red because paying close to $1 mill for a women's basketball at LSU is absurd. Even if they become a powerhouse it's not going to be a significant revenue producer, if at all.
If you buy low and win. Great!
If you buy low and lose. Who cares? It's not as if women's basketball is funding the athletic dept.

Maybe I am completely wrong here but I think football still pays the bills for women's sports. I pay for 10 football season tickets every year. I just would like to see a good rate of return on my investment.
