and by the way UGA still covered the spread even with 112 yrds of penaltys and 5 dropped passes (1 for a TD).

Please, that pass interference call against USC in the first half was a joke, which led to the field goal. Let's see: 2 FG's, 1-2 point conversion, and a TD. That is impressive with the anointed # 1 NFL QB prospect and all world Moreno. Expectations of the UGA fan base have to be much higher than that.

AU doesn't deserve to be in the top 15. Other than C. Scott I was not overly impressed with LSU, either. The passing game is marginal at best, plus I couldn't believe they put Scott back in the game the second half and risked him getting hurt. I did like seeing the Mitchells being utilized much moreso than in the past and Trindon getting useful experience.

I will give USC credit, by far the most dominating team to begin the season.

yeah..LSU should move up to atleast #2 after these two "high quality wins" yall got. After you actually play somebody you can talk!! until then STFU!!
and by the way UGA still covered the spread even with 112 yrds of penaltys and 5 dropped passes (1 for a TD).
Yall should know all about winning ugly!!
What you're trying to say is probably correct. It's just a stupid way of putting it.

The message seemingly forgotten EVERY year is that very good SEC teams are going to appear to win ugly vs other SEC teams. In the Big12, OU will run the score up on anyone they can and will look like world beaters until they get to the post-season. Ditto for Mizzou. e.g., Chase Daniels looks like JoeMontana-meets-JohnElway when he is unpressured. Were LSU playing Mizzou, how unpressured do you think he'd be?

Every year it's the same thing. Florida, UGa, LSU, Auburn, Alabama just don't look as good as Oklahoma, or OhioSt, or NotreDame, or Virginia Tech, or whomever ------ until they play. USC looks very good. They should be #1. Don't tell me that Oklahoma is "more deserving" to be #2 than UGa or UF or even LSU. Because at this stage the SEC's attitude should be "been there, done that".

No way UGA is #2 or #3 for that matter! I don't get it, we started last season the same way only this time we managed to get a lucky win, good teams do that from time to time, they get W's that they shouldn't. LSU folk should know that for sure.
All this talk about who is gonna kick who's a$$ is pure BS, we don't kow from game to game who is gonna win, there is no such thing as a gimme in the SEC! Not for UGA anyways!

UGA will not win the East again, but they will put on a good show at the end of the season and cry about not getting in to the dance again. Book it!
