Yes, and many people might not realize that the winner of the West is guaranteed a #2 seed in the conf tourney. So that's a big deal.

No offense, but that 1-4 national seed is directly proportional to our SEC standing. You don't really believe that a #6 SEC seed would be a 1-4 national seed, do you? Of course you don't, that would make you an idiot. Therefore, I like to root against those teams ahead of us. Do you mind?

I enjoy the race to win the west outright, the regular season championship and the SEC tournament. Don't think this team doesn't think the same. They are hungry competitors. Than move on to win college World Series. IMO that's how you think. That's his point.
