People are idiots.

The players voted to have Hill BACK AT PRATICE. That's all. I think Fields has been practicing with TCU as well.

Him being allowed to practice doesn't mean he'll play.

I know you didn't really fall for that cop out. Miles should have just said "He [Hill] spoke in front of the team and after that conversation, I decided that the young man had served is punishment by being removed from the program for the entire summer"

Saying that the players voted him back on the squad is a bit of a joke.

Putting it to a player vote was lame IMO. Miles should have shown some balls

Yep, the decision for him to be put back on the team was totally up to the team. Les had no say in it all. Keep telling yourself that, big guy.

Riiight. A good life lesson is having one of your players tell an undercover cop that 82 players failed a drug test.

The fact that they didn't suspend all of those guys makes Patterson a hypocrite

Hopefully Hill gets fired up by all this so that we can unleash him around the Auburn/Georgia games. Give Blue some rest if he's not already hurt.

Patterson will be impressed with the discipline Miles inflicts on his fat arse in a few weeks.

It is pathetic and petty for Patterson commenting on this situation. This situation has nothing to do with him and it is incredibly disrespectful to criticize les miles just because miles handled the situation differently than he would.

Meh, do you think he let the team vote to kick Tyrann off? If he really felt that Hill should be kicked off, he'd have done it himself and not let it up to vote. And I really don't think its that uncommon for college coaches to let the team vote on forgiving a player and allowing him to return.

And FWIW, I still don't think Hill will play against TCU so Patterson's comments are pretty pointless

I hope Hill doesn't play but Miles puts him in to take the knee. Would be pretty funny.

And this self righteous douche bag isn't lobbying to get his defensive end back on the team?
He doesn't know jack shite about what happened or the character of our team. He needs to stfu after he apologizes to Coach Miles.

Rangers voted immediately to let Cruz return. That part I agree with GP, only because, what do you expect them to do?

BTW: in HS, while a freshman, our starting qb got caught having a beer, team voted to kick him off, and he was a good guy, only time I've ever heard of this

Gary Patterson is using the media to guilt Les into suspending Hill, mainly for the TCU game.
Les needs to suspend Hill, but say he decided to wait after the TCU game because of Gary Pattersons whiny comments.

Right or wrong he still has no business commenting on this situation.
