I also think he plays favorites regarding coaches, and Saban is on the top of his list.
At one point in the 2004 Sugar Bowl, he showed the wide angle of the field and asked the Oklahoma fans, "Go ahead, tell Jason White where to throw the ball." He was very complementary of Saban and LSU that night.
Has loved Saban ever since.

Gary really is an idiot.
1st quater Gary is making excuses saying Tua is out of sorts.
2nd quater Gary proclaims Tua has found his footing so watch out.
3rd quater Gary is back to excuses saying Tua is really having trouble finding his footing
4th quater Gary is completely befuddled.
Moral of the story, Gary dont know shite and just instantly reacts to what's happening.
I know tons of guys that could do a better job explaining a game then Gary.

Wasn’t there something that happened years ago between Danielson and an LSU assistant. I could be wrong but I think I vaguely remember something like that.
