BK lying all season saying he wasn't hurt............... we all knew

I understand not wanting opponents to know he’s hurt, but throughout a course of a season how in the world did they come to the conclusion that this was the best PR move for the player and for him?

Nuss could be a decent QB, but this is an awful, awful draft for QB's. Mendoza is likely to be a complete bust. Simpson not much better.

Nuss should just lobby for an extra year of eligibility. Thats what everyone does now.

Your page is customized based on your location, mine had the Tennessee corner instead of Nuss.

What was he supposed to do

He was supposed to have a competent 2nd team QB.
We should have gotten something for a 100 million besides a red faced buffoon attack dog.
But, I suppose we should have expected as much from Woody and Carville.

why?
-He'll be at least 23 before he starts an NFL game

-He doesn't have elite traits other than leadership, which we saw how far that got Tebow.

-His playstyle (averaging 6 rushing attempts per game) is going to keep him nicked up.

-He had a total of 0 passing TD and 1 rushing TD in the national championship game.

You're basically drafting a 1/2 as talented and more goofy Joe Burrow and I'd expect his career to be somewhere between Tebow and Burrow. Burrow as he sits right now, not where Burrow could be if he stayed healthy.

He was not hurt that damn bad….

I think this class is historically weak. If I were someone like Chambliss, I would not miss this one!

He’s YOUR top story based on your location dumbass. He wasn’t in the headlines. He popped on YOURS because of your favorite teams.

Good for him if true, but it’s clickbait for dumbasses with location services on

There were plenty of idiots who literally thought he just forgot how to play football and then also just physically regressed on top of it.

He was never a good QB at any point at LSU.

Serviceable? Sure, but never good.

I hope he plays well in the league.

It was about half the people on here. I couldn't believe that they honestly believed he wasn't hurt.

I do not know that we all knew as having any confirmation for sure. The first time I thought ok, this does not look right is when early in the year, he underthrew a wide-open receiver by a lot on a deep route down the left-hand side of the field. I remember the play, not the exact game, but clearly remember thinking ok this is not Nuss Not after the way we all saw him spin it the year before. I'd venture to say other fans saw and thought the same thing. Also, just to reiterate a view already expressed in this thread, wish him nothing but the best. From a 10-mile view as a fan perspective, I can only see where he loved football, the university and handled pretty much all situations with dignity and class. I hope he plays in the league a long time in some capacity.
