How about Cat Scratch Fever (Ted Nugent), and Welcome to the Jungle (can't recall artist). Maybe slow it down with New Orleans Lady (Louisiana Larue). I'd definately go with some Credence "Born on the Bayou" and maybe "Suzie Q". You might work in some Dr. John, Neville Brothers, and The Band. Better include "We Will Rock You" and "We are the Champions" (Queen). Maybe throw in some Hank, Jr "All My Rowdy Friends" and Hank Sr. "Jambalaya".

Just don't play loud rap
It has it's place out there. I don't play any local underground shite but we'll hit up a little Gangster's Paradise and Humpty Dance from time to time.

All of these are musts for tailgating in south La. However, Welcome to the Jungle (guns n roses btw) will never be heard at our spot. That's what Auburn plays right before they run out of their tunnel and the call their stadium The Jungle. Eff that. WAR DAMN CHICKEN!!

I have a lot of fun adding what I call the TGBFTL fun songs.
Where is the best place to download TGBFTL's songs (both the LSU songs and the others)?

Agreed with almost everything above, but to me the one you can't leave out is Beau Jocque's "Give Him Cornbread"
Among the Tiger band songs, I gotta hear "Boogie Down"...it's not gameday til I hear that, whether at the tailgate or in the stadium
LINK
hey man u gotta another link like that i sent some of them ringtones to my phone but they didnt have neck, i would really like to have that one

I have a lot of fun adding what I call the TGBFTL fun songs. These are the songs the band plays during time outs, etc. Off of the top of my head:
Living on a Prayer - Bon Jovi
Jungle Buggy
Apache
Crazy Train - OZZY
I would have to pull out my CD to remember them all. The band members on the board helped me out a ton when I was putting mine together.
Shameless bump to see if anyone can tell me where I can find the songs listed above.

STFU douche. Those songs aren't available on just any download site. The only way to get them is to get someone in the band to send them to you. At least know what you're talking about before you act like an a-hole.
eta: If any band members would like to hook us up with some of the new stuff that would be great.

For someone from Appy State, you seem to know about some of the local music. Been here before?

How about Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar on Me"? Especially the old 2003 version with Jim Hawthorne's play calls added in.

I have Mississippi and Alabama roots (sorry). Only been to NO once (years ago) and was lucky to get a chance to go by Tipatinos. Saw the Neville Bros. once at City Stages in B'ham and became a fan. Also, used to do a fishing trip (for Trout) out of Biloxi, to Chandaleur Islands. Always wanted to make it to the NO Jazz Festival.

I use alot of the same ones mentioned here, plus Green Day and several Tom Petty ("The Waiting", and "Even the Losers"). This year I've added some Benjy Davis and some Talking Heads.
