JOB will never get better. What you see is what you get. His whole career he has taken too long to make his move. He has tried to split double and even triple teams with a dribble and gotten the ball stripped.
When they don't double team him or zone him he is virtually unstoppable. But if they do he falls apart with frustration and bad decisions.

Teams have figured out all they have to do is double and triple team JOB in the paint and LSU doesn't have much of an answer
