So what's the deal with Bugg exactly? Does he not have the full complement of pitches to be a starter? He seems like a guy with the size and mechanics to maintain velocity who would have been given a chance at it by this point in time.

We need a day 3 starter. Godfrey just doesn't have it. He might be a midweek guy but not weekend rotation material.
