another wasted opportunity with a lead off double. It's hard to continually do that and hope to have success.

He wants to bunt laird all the god damn time, but doesnt bunt with a guy on second, no one out, and down by 1? Makes sense.

I imagine ge didnt bunt because he was going for the lead, notthe tie. Probably doesnt wanna get into an extra inning battle again today

This game is not all on Maineri. Not a good decision to bunt, but we have had other issues as well.

I don't have a big problem not bunting Laird there. Already in scoring position, tiring pitcher, and we're the visitors, not a terrible move to play for more runs.
