This is what's great about social media...
Instead of twiddling our thumbs trying to figure out what is happening while waiting for the next radio break through, we know what is happening and we can twiddle ourselves instead.

see my next post. if we never even start the series tonight, i see no competitive advantage. it wouldn't really be having 4 days to play three games in that case. it would basically just be us being in college station an extra day and having a practice day, something we'd have done regardless.

Awww frick. You know what? I have lost all my optimism that this will happen tonight. If the line had run through CS like it was running before it got there we would be playing already.
But since it looks like it has stalled and is training through there I now think we will have a double-header tomorrow.

So by that logic if a normal series gets rained out on Friday, they should be able to play on Monday to complete it if that's what it takes?

Well for that matter it wouldn't be unfair if we didn't start until Saturday or Sunday and then played for three days. But the series is scheduled Thursday through Saturday....just like one series has been for ESPN every week. It really isn't that difficult to understand.

All clear after this cell passes by in a few minutes..had been frustrating watching the radar...after that main storm passed...more rain continued to develop behind it...
