MSU and Mizzou guys had bad rulings on things like hits on booted not fast ground balls. That was not a bad ruling on the Ibarra play. It's a hit because it was not routine or even close to it and would have taken a ridiculous play to get him at 1st, it's an error after the hit because he threw the ball away.
