FOX announcers are enjoying take shots at LSU.

1) They keep bringing up Cain and how LSU "missed" on this kid. "How did they get him out of Baton Rouge". "How did Coach Orgeron miss on this kid". They've repeatedly made statements like this throughout the first half.
2) They started talking about the Heisman, and admitted Burrow was the leader, but said that Chase Young and Justin Fields "have a good chance to run him down".
The unfortunate truth is that if Ohio State wins big, the committee will likely forget about LSU's resume and will move Ohio State to the #1 spot. And yes, that matters, as it would result in LSU getting shipped out west to play Clemson.

It won't be this week. It will be next week when Ohio State boatraces Michigan in Ann Arbor. If it doesn't happen (OSU jumps LSU in CFP) after Nov 30, it won't happen after the SECCG weekend.

Who gives a shite? We are going to have to play them eventually anyway if we want the title. I hope we are the underdogs if we play them bc we play better like that. We far as the Heisman is concerned, burrow will win it running away. It's in the bag and he will have to have a total meltdown for him to lose it at this point. His stats vs better competition than fields is the big key.

First big game for OSU and Feilds looks meh.
