His career will never come close to what he could’ve been because he’s made poor choices in that department.

Dude shut up... Fournette is a Top 5 pick, he was one game away from the Super bowl in 2017 in year 2, 300yds and 4 tds in the playoffs the year they won the Super Bowl, and he just got a new deal. Getting out of Jacksonville was the best thing that hapoen to his career. Some of y'all are some weirdos.

”When Peter did the statue of David, he wasn’t just hammering pebbles. First, he asked the Jews to bring him a giant slab of marble.”

I'm not disputing he has had 3- successful contracts. I'm questioning his lack of commitment to show up in shape for both voluntary and mandatory team workouts. As a professional, a player is expected to maintain his body year round, and they are inspected by the coaches to see that they are complying. When they show up in terrible shape, it sends the wrong message to young and experienced alike. It also shows lack of respect for himself that you he doesn't come to camp in ready to go to work condition. Says a lot about his lack of commitment.

What if the writer got it wrong and Leonard (who knows exactly how much he weighs and how hard he has been training) got it right?
