Reports seem positive for his return, but still a week to go.

If the roles were reversed, would fournette stay? Doubt it

If Beckwith would be drafted in the spot Fournette is going to be, he'd be dumb to come back

Gotta say want Beckwith to stay big time. But, if he can get high draft choice money hard to see him turn that down, I doubt many of us would. IMO he and White both need another year, but I'm not a scout or general manager.

Is Beckwith the best pro prospect at his position since Adrian Peterson?

I think there is a legitimate case for Beckwith to stay if he feels that he can be a star in this new defensive system. If Aranda is going to showcase him, he could definitely boost his draft stock higher, which would bring in more guaranteed money. If the potential reward outweighs the risk of injury, then it may make sense to him to come back. We shall see.

Plus I believe, LSU can pay his insurance policy. Beckwith's family has horses, so they aren't hurting either in my guess.

I see it this way - if we get close, but don't win it all next year, Fournette stays. If we win it all or we don't get anywhere close to it, he goes.

If he wants to be the next Shaq in Baton Rouge; then yes, he certainly has the chance.

it will be hard to match Shaq's $$$ in the NFL though.

even the most avid LSU fan has to admit Jeremy was a punk.. he was always only "team Jeremy".. he owed Miles after going out on a limb for him twice and he bolted.

Fournette has LSU in his blood. He'd be a little foolish to play his senior year, given the miles his body that he will have already clocked for the Tigers.. but if I had to make a wager long before their stints at LSU started regarding who would stay 4 years out of Hill and Fournette, I'm taking Leonard every time and it isn't close.
