So...since a D equals a degree unless otherwise noted, he's eligible even though his major required a C in that class?
Guess he'll have to retake that class or a a substitute if he wants his degree, though.

That sounds about right.
What sucks is he missed 3 games for this. Did he deserve that? Some would say so... but he could have played... he could have had senior day.

This cannot ever be given back to him, even though he was never ineligible. How do you think his parents feel?

I would like to know who made this "obscure rule" known to JF so he could use it in his appeal? did someone on Team Foster have to research this information? Did the athletic dept not know this rule?

Sucks that the athletic dept didnt know this rule right off the bat. I feel bad for him, mostly about the senior day stuff he missed, not the games.
