....Maybe the kind of support some of us see at games like Auburn when Malzahn looked to be on his way out last season, or Texas A&M even when Sumlin appears on the ropes of losing his job. There's also fans of Arkansas, or the 8-5 UGA team last season, and UF fans who all provide their teams with support even when they're losing? When fans get apathetic, the tradition gets lost. Fans are the true keepers of tradition. So, there are those teams just to name a few with whom we're competing for the best players.

Gotta love someone who just started shaving a few whiskers on his chin telling people what LSU fans “WE” accept and which one’s “WE” don’t, as if all this LSU stuff just started when he arrived on this planet, and he speaks for “WE”
Foster... most of “WE” have been emotionally involved with the LSU Tigers for more years before you were even born than the years in which you were here to witness the LSU Tigers play football. ‘WE“ have been through 8-10 more coaching changes than you can even recall, and endured more heart wrenching years than we care to recall, but what we’ve always been is LSU fans, and will continue to be that. Nobody really needs a lecture on what it means to be an LSU fan. We have a lot more experience in it than you do.

this is much more reliable than AP or Coaches poll, as it is a composite of over 70 different rankings.
as you can see, despite the 3 point win over LSU, Troy is still ranked below LSU.
