Thanks for making a mountain out of an anthill in order to garner a bunch of hyperbolic anti-O, anti-Ensminger, and now anti-Foster bullshite posts.

Headline should read, “Foster Moreau praises the OC who will determine whether he catches passes...big fricking deal.”

You guys are a bunch of joyless fricks who are more interested in shitting on everything LSU-related and then holding your breath that the team fails just so you can be proven right.

Grow some balls and back up your favorite team instead of looking forward to inconsequential soundbites that you can use to suck the fun out of it for everyone else.

I hate LSU fans more than I hate bama fans. They’re delusional, but at least they don’t get off on eating their own. You’re literally the worst.

I second that emotion. Ensminger didn't get tabbed as a "thinking man's quarterback" for nothing.

It can’t be substantiated but it reveals the confidence and positive attitude players need in their coaches. Anyone who downvotes his statement is a negatiger koolaid drinker.

Which is why O has zero excuses not to go 10-2 or better this year.

No we know some things.

O Hs a losing HC record

Ensminger hasn’t been an OC for 20 years

It’s not like these are 2 young guys.

The majority of their careers are done and out there for everyone to see. They’d have to do a lot to change that. So far they have not.

It was reminiscent of Miles play-calling - Playing not to lose.
Except Miles has done a hell of a lot more not losing than Ed.......and lest you forget, the best not losing to losing ratio of any coach in LSU history.
Miles teams also have the largest collective average scoring margin of any LSU coaching tenure, but carry on with the mythical comparisons.

Once you learn how to read a defense, do you forget. 20 years ago means nothing, although that's a lie, try 2016.

Do you think defenses are the same as 20 years ago?

How was 2016 vs Bama?

That's crazy to always reference the only team that has been in every playoffs to date. We weren't successful against the best program in the country, how terrible. When DJ Chark caught that pass on the sideline. It wasn't Steve Ensminger's fault that he didn't stutter step. That was an excellent call, that wasn't executed. We would have been in the redzone. Go back and watch that game, or several games the first year Chark played extensively. Of course, I didn't blame Chark, I blamed the guy (Craig) whom O fired justifiably. That mess occurred too many times in far too many games. And that was coaching. I know that those weren't perfect passes, but it doesn't matter what plays are called. You still have got to execute them, it's not just about the plays that was called.

When you read the defense, that tells you where to go with the ball. Of course, your quarterback has to make the right decisions. Coaches always say that coaching, is just coaching. It's the fans that think that you have to be a rocket scientist.

What are talking heads main complaint against us, our quarterback play. That's execution of the plays that are being called.

You guys hold O accountable even though his teams at Ole Miss were bad. Shouldn't you be expecting him to lose with bad teams

After reading this, and some of your other arguments in this thread, you are quite possibly the dumbest person on tRant.

It’s more development. And SE has been on staff for 10 years, through a shitload of bad QB play, but now all of a sudden he’s going to make our QB play glorious?

There are tons of teams that get fine QB play out of mediocre QBs.

Scheme affects QB play more than anything.

Um, Les approached Ensminger about it after Kragthorpe was diagnosed and had to step down.

God forbid a young man has extreme confidence in his coach. We did break Offensive records under him. The best? That’s bold, but we’ll find out soon.
