Without a doubt but he can’t just be out in the world. Worse things are yet to come if he is. These are really cowardly acts of violence against beings that are much smaller and weaker than him. These sound like the prerequisites for a predator or killer. Just the beginning for a person like him. Lock. Him. Up.
