It amazes me that people who are even moderately successful spend their time doing dumb shite like this. Want to say it was Victor Jones, thought he was going down River Rd. I remember the "bad gas" excuse. What always stood out to me (and was never addressed) was that he was in a new Mustang GT doing that, and his family lived in a shack out in Zachary that probably cost less than that car.
