I dont Think I would Be too worried about my 320 OT son being raped.
So unless your son is going to tuck it and lose about 150 pounds, I don’t think he pertains here

As a father, I’m a bit surprised that no one’s football career was cut short by a baseball bat to the knees.

Wasn't she dating him?

LSU's compliance office for not reporting a Title IX violation. Were you an employee or student at the time?

It says her parents knew about abuse, but it seems like the most they did was complain to the tennis coach unless I missed something

Oh yeah. This absolutely cannot be good for Women’s Tennis recruiting.

Besides murdering Davis, which everyone always says they will do in this situation, the dad did everything possible he could do
To the point it was so over the top at times I doubted everything.

Were you a student or employee? It certainly reflects extremely poorly on your character to not have reported to police or anyone on campus

No, I was not a student or employee
Honestly, until the outright dismissal by Julia sell of knowing anything, I still though LSU actually did their part
But once that happened it was a holy shite moment

Honestly I love LSU football but this seems reprehensible and anyone proved to be involved in a cover up or negligence should be fired. The only thing I don't understand though, is why were the police not contacted by the victims if they were not being heard by their coaching staff or LSU administration?
Posted on 11/19/20 at 11:57 am to Srobi14
The victim herself would lie to the police in order to cover for Davis
It wasn’t until the police had video and physical damages to the victim that they were able to move forward.

Cops, tennis coaches, anyone and everyone you could imagine at LSU...

Look this will be really simple, the Lewis have records of when LSU was first notified
If LSU can prove it was properly reported then they are Golden. But, considering the tennis coach came out saying she was never even aware, it doesn’t look like they can show they reported it

The tennis coaches were investigated by the NCAA in 2017 or so when LSU went from nothing to having a top ranked recruiting class, and then suddenly that whole class left LSU (this girl included...though she got paid big bucks to play professionally). Something must be up with them. What ever happened with that investigation?
