Damn AJ McCarron. That dude was at the helm of the most miserable defeat in LSU Tigers history (1-09-2012). Enough said!

Yall gotta stop with Mcfadden.
Couldn't disagree more. The guy absolutely massacred one of the best defenses in LSU history in Death Valley. Obviously, we got some lucky breaks the following week and wound up winning it, but at that time it felt like McFadden had just spoiled our season.

The entire LSU Football iprogram has historically been petrified and scared to death of seeing the color Crimson in Tiger Stadium.

LSU is 10-30-2 in Baton Rouge. 40 of those 10 victories came during the period from 2000-2010, LSU was 4-2 vs Bama in TS in that time. Then one other victory came in 2023. So, half of LSU's TS victories vs Bama came in the last 25 seasons.

Here is the list, with coaches.

1895 Albert Simmons - 12-6

1946 Bernie Moore - 31-21

1948 Gaynell Tinsley - 26-6

1957 Paul Dietzel - 28-0

1969 Charlie Mac - 20-15

2000 Nick Saban - 30-28

2004 Nick Saban - 26-10

2006 Les Miles - 28 - 14

2010 Les Miles - 24-21

2022 Brian Kelly - 32 - 31 OT

Side notes, Bill Arnsparger never lost to Bama, but they did tie the one season he coached LSU vs Bama in Tiger Stadium. 2-0-1 vs Alabama overall, that was post-Bear Bryant. Paul Deitzel was 2-0 vs Bama.

Honorable mention was watching Darren McFadden and Felix Jones (seemingly at the time) dashing our national championship dreams by combining for 385 motherfricking yards rushing. I don't know if I've ever been more angry leaving an LSU football game. All I could do was keep repeating "put all 11 guys and the entire cheerleading squad in the fricking box and stop the fricking run. Make them beat you through the air. How was that so fricking hard?!?" over and over again

I attended that game and just knew my Tigers would find a way to overcome the pigs running game in the second half.

more Miles, Les defence

- Tim Tebow
- Eli Manning
- Steve Spurrier (as a coach) at Florida. He took pleasure in Whipping LSUs arse because we passed on hiring him.

BTW, could you imagine Steve Spurrier coaching that '87 squad with Tommy Hodson, Wendell Davis, Harvey Williams, Sammy Martin, Eddie Fuller, and all of the studs we had on D?????? Would've been AMAZING!!!

Didn’t Matt Jones only run on us in 2001?

I don’t recall him having success the other years

AJ McCarron

Cried like a baby after engineering the game winning drive that kept us from redemptoon of the 2011 debacle.

It allowed Bama to go on to repeat as Champs vs the very good likelihood we would have gone on to beat GA and ND for the title.

Damn conservative arse Les Miles. What a loser.

Devonta Smith (La native) went for 444 yards and 5TDs receiving combined against LSU in 2019 and 2020. That’s insane. As if it wasn’t enough that we lost him on the recruiting trail to the bad guys

One was named Washington but there were a couple Tennessee and Mississippi receivers that made us look silly in a couple games.

Bo Nix. Always made him look like Joe Burrow when he played us.

Emmitt Smith in 1989. Seems like he ran for 1,000 yards that one game. Think it was actually just over 200 yards.

I don’t think of Tebow or Devonta smith in threads like this bc those were legendary players who did that to everybody.
Milroe absolutely fits this description to a T.
Kenny irons is another.
Absolutely torched our 2005 defense even though we won bc they missed 6 fgs or something like that.
He scored the only td in 2006 game where we got screwed.
