no doubt buddy...geaux tigers. i hate all of the negativity from some of our fans. we were very young last year in key positions. experience is huge and i truly believe lsu will compete for the west this year. we absolutely have the talent at every position to seriously contend for the title. i cant wait until football kicks off bc lsu is going to suprise some people this year...and most of our own fans. there is just too much talent out there on both sides of the ball for we lsu fans not to be optimistic.

Barring injury, it is literally the first time we have fielded a full team since 2011.

He played too safe. His completion percentage is way to low and his total attempts and completions are low. As is the total yardage. Sure, not a lot of int's, but thats what happens when you rarely throw the ball and come close completing a pass. I saw many passes where the ball wasn't even catchable by players on the sidelines.

We have to have more production. I truly believe this season we will finish with only 1 loss in the SEC west. The running game + our D + special teams, + enough passing from our QB's will get it done.

Here we come.

Wait. You actually took the time to post those numbers and came to the conclusion they weren't a stack of shite a mile high?

Good God man. There were 10 games listed and you took out the worst THIRTY PERCENT of them and below is STILL what's left? I mean wow. What a steaming pile of shite QB numbers.

I mean what? Are you looking at ONLY his win numbers and comparing them to typical OVERALL QB numbers elsewhere to conclude that some how these aren't shite? WTF man. Are you f'n insane?

Dude........
LAST in the SEC in passing.
That's for Vandy to do. Kentucky. Miss St. Or Arky.
Not LSU.

And unles chilge is fricking certifiably insane, he'll acknowledge that Vandy, UK etc MUCH less talented supporting casts WR experience or no. I mean, Vandy couldn't line up and just run it down people's throats even though the defense didn't respect the pass.

AJ is fricking bad. I mean, he is fricking EXTREMELY bad. He's so bad that he QB'd a team with an absurd running game and STILL put up those numbers.

Much as we made fun of Rivers when he played for Vandy, cmon, it's highly likely that AJ playing on Vandy would've made Rivers look like an All American.

frick last year, we all know our qb play was bad dude...this is the 2015 season now. to say that our qb will absolutely suck and cant/wont make improvements is insane dude. we had a sophmore and a true freshman at qb last year and yeah we took our lumps but we gained much needed experience. i expect our qb play to be improved along with the rest of our team.

If the Music City Bowl is where you want to go, then yes, this will get you there.

The advantage of having the QBs on our roster is their mobility, including the ability to extend plays and to pick up 1st downs if and when our receivers are covered.

That's what frickin Running Backs are used for!

You think that would have given us a chance against State and Auburn last year?

We lost 5 games last season. All 5, eve the bowl game that the defense blew could have been different with better qb play.

In the notre Dame too many of those drives did not convert to touchdowns and had to settle for fgs or fake fg attempts.. Or rely on special teams TDs. This was a defense with literally 3 starters playing!!! Harris is much better at getting this team in the endZone there. And even in the au game jennings was still ineffective..

We just need him (or Harris) to not be as completely abysmal as in our 3 losses.
Abysmal. There is a great descriptive word! And it applies well to more than we'd like to remember of the QB usage and QB play we LSU fans had to endure last season. Here's hoping that "abysmal" will be a thing of the past.

All 5 could have been different with better play from any unit...

This is true. As long as QB play is subpar, our other units will need to compensate.
Defense can't get gashed up the middle like they did against MSST/AUB/ND.
Running game/OL can't get abused like they did against Arky
Special Teams can't hand games away like they tried against Florida/Ole Miss

Keep on selling it, even if BeeFense is your only buyer.

Are you related to boxcar (meaning you'd be JJ's immediate family). Just let it go, he should have been playing QB in the SWAC or Sunbelt, not the SEC. We are talking about our latest subpar QB, unless Les finally figured out how to get JJ another year of eligibility.

Everybody, except a few blind brickheads, who doesn't want to settle for 7-9 wins knows we need vast improvement. What pray tell is good about any of those stats, good grief man.
