How loud was it in there? Watching the replay and it sounds like it was a good atmosphere.

Was it a preview of what our squad can expect this year in the SEC?

I thought that other SEC venues are definitely louder but I don’t know if it was not as loud because of the open end zone.

It was pretty loud. Just Beneath UF/Auburn when they’re rocking.

Have had Season tix in Death Valley for years. was surprised at how loud the Texas Fans were in DKR. Was in lower NW corner.

They got nothing on us though.

I'd rank it right there with UGA and Alabama loud. It wasn't LSU, Auburn, or Florida loud. louder than A&M too actually (no troll). I was surprised given its reputation of being a morgue

I'll just say the fans around me were not a contributing factor. their big donor seats had plenty of "wtf sit down" folk who tried to butt heads, but I paid way too much for that seat. so i politely told them to sttdb

Certainly not ear piercing, but reasonably loud.

it was the loudest game ever at DKR according to most people here and it certainly was the loudest i have been to at that stadium. Louder than Bama

Good atmosphere but not on the level of LSU, Auburn, Florida, UGA or aTm.

I honestly was unimpressed with the noise level.

It wasn't nearly as loud as I thought it would be.

It was loud. They blow that canon every time a punt or kick returner tries to catch the ball. That shite was loud and can really rattle a player and cause fumble.

It was loud enough to potentially mess with any visiting team. The board would light up with the decibels in the stadium every time it got loud and I saw it flash to about 105. The longer the game went the louder the fans got

That’s why if I go to any games at DKR I won’t sit next to south Endzone that frickin canon gets me everytime. Other than that it’s the loudest game I’ve attended there. Looked loud to Joe getting the ball hiked too so I wanted to mention how calm and in control that line seems to be especially this early in the year they were nails. Not to bring Miles into this(which I am) but his lines always had false starts.
On a scale of 1-10 Tiger Stadium 10 DKR 8

I agree, they were calm and collected. They knew the game plan and executed it to perfection.

Only one false start. Great sign for the O in a hostile away stadium.

Their home schedule is usually shite, so they don't have too many opportunities like they had Saturday night. Once the south end is enclosed, it will make a big difference in the sound.
