He kept talking about how great the crowd was and how it was a great college game. He also kept mentioning how good Smart and Mays were (and how talented Naz is even though he had a bad game). He also said Williams needs more time because things happen when he is in the game. I don't know what more you want.

He's the basketball Lee Corso except Corso is not all there anymore. Yeah, I know, Corso does studio and V does color, but V could do either. Corso is being propped up by Herb and the crew.
It was great seeing him back in the PMAC talking about Shaq, Pistol and Pettit and the Arizona game he did.

There's something about him I love. Idk, maybe it's because he reminds me of an old school yat. You can tell he loves the game.

Do they have to like the people they arrest? I don't hate Vitale, but he is very annoying. The success of the team is beside the point. How about ESPN hiring someone who isn't annoying? Unfortunately, they don't know how to do any such thing.

I have never seen the refs go to the scorers table so much during a game. it was incredibly annoying.
