They didn’t start the clock on time so Hannibal’s shot was waved off

Lsu in bounds and scores. Goes to review. Says clock did not start in time, and since estimated time would have run out before the shot they said we lose.

They guessed at time. So instead of leaving it as is, they chose to guess it was off and estimate the time the game ended. They overturned a call using the old 1-Mississippi, 2-Mississippi method of counting in their heads

that is the proper remedy here too and the NCAA needs to change this.

It was a 2pointer. Game to OT tied 61-61. Review shot on a laptop and ruled clock was late starting. Took our last 2 pointer off the board.

The assumption would have to be made that the LSU player wouldn’t have shot sooner had the clock started on time..
