We need his fight, leadership, and defense. We are giving up too much without him on the field. Just my two cents.

I don’t disagree with this. You aren’t getting much offensively in that spot of the lineup anyway.

Agree. At least Bianco can also maybe run into one from the 9 spot.

You get NOTHING offensively. If they do that wild shift you have to hunt to get runners

Stevenson gave up 2 or 3 runs with his play in left tonight

I just wish Bianco could hit just a little bit but his bat has just been terrible. If the choice is between he and Stevenson I think it just depends on who’s pitching for Southern Miss

I'd like to see Dugas in left if he can go. If he can't then Bianco. Stevenson is a liability in the field and at the plate.

I also want to see Pearson lay down bunts every time they do that bullshite extreme shift. They're giving you a base so fricking take it.

I can’t believe how much worse he is than Andrew. AS couldn’t hit at first but he could always play OF

They’ve done something to the balls. You need to see if Bianco can get one up in the air. He’s your best Def guy in LF too. Might as well play him

How many times was Stevenson on base tonight plus he cost us 2-3 runs tonight.

Dugas has a wrist injury so he may not be able to throw. Not sure how he’s even able to hit with a wrist injury. Honestly, Jobert has the 1 homer in the regional and has done nothing else since that huge Vandy game. We need productivity out of the DH spot.

Jobert is one of the streakiest hitters I've ever seen start at LSU, and he flips between hot and cold constantly.

Stevenson has a higher OB% than Bianco.

His defense is very suspect though. I would go with Bianco or Dugas in LF.

I agree. In a winner take all, give me the veteran over the freshman.

As long as they throw a RH, Jobert needs to be in the lineup

He’s hit .148/.342/.185 since may 1st

And isn’t good on defense. It would be different if jay jobmsom actually believed in stealing bases.

His defense is terrible, but he puts together good at bats. He’s one of the more disciplined hitters we have.

In any event, I agree Bianco or a Dugas needs to be in LF tomorrow.

I want him in there against whatever poor frick they throw out there tomorrow

He looks lost then he hits 2 tanks. The fact that he has some bad swings does not mean anything imo

Stevenson is going to be a good player, I think. It's fricking maddening watching him play though.
