That has been a curse the last several years. Keep him in the 40 and just put a patch on his jersey.

Seven and 18 are cursed numbers you get either of them you either opt out get injured or play like garbage.

I don't think it's cursed. But I do think it adds expectations that players take on themselves and don't ever live up to. Also think sometimes that players that have gotten 7 tend to mail it in a bit.
